- 4 vehicle maintenance shed with light jacking and pit facilities
- Satellite fuelling and servicing run-through shed
- External fuelling, CET (Controlled Emission Toilet) and wash-plant facilities
- 20 vehicle island servicing platform with water 3 phase shore supply facilities
- 3 route access to Network Rail infrastructure ECML (East Coast Main Line)
